Market intelligence

Know the market before you commit to it

Scope, competitor and demand analysis for education providers, built from register and enrolment data rather than from impressions.

IWhat we do

Three things, done properly.

i

Scope analysis

Who else holds what you hold, where they deliver it, and how crowded the qualification actually is.

ii

Demand signals

Where enrolment is moving, from register and reporting data rather than from what a conference speaker said.

iii

Entry assessment

Whether a new qualification or campus is worth the compliance exposure it brings with it.

IIWhat goes wrong

The two failures we see most.

We publish these because most of the value in hiring anyone is knowing which mistakes are common, and that knowledge is not worth hiding.

Confusing scope with capacity

A hundred providers holding a qualification does not mean a hundred are delivering it. Most scope is dormant, and treating it as competition misreads the market badly.

Chasing a funding announcement

Funding creates a spike that attracts entrants, then normalises. Building capacity for the spike is how providers end up with idle trainers.

IIIHow we work

We tell you what we find.

Including when the answer is that you do not need what you came to ask for. Anyone who never says that is not giving you information, they are giving you an invoice.

Scope

Where something needs a legal opinion, a financial audit or a clinical judgement, we will say so and stop rather than improvise past the edge of what we do.

Start a conversation.

Tell us the situation rather than the service you think you need. We would rather start from your problem.
